Professor Szu-Chi Huang

How can consumer behavior be influenced or altered? In an ever-crowded landscape, how can we effectively compete for a customer’s attention? Professor Szu-Chi Huang, a world-renowned expert in customer motivation, will dive into the latest insights on consumer preferences and decision-making styles in a session designed to allow attendees to make more informed and effective marketing decisions day-to-day, as well as to develop more innovative and customer-centric marketing strategies long-term.

Professor Shiv’s work focuses on the powerful role of the emotional brain in shaping our decisions, experiences, and behaviors. In this session, he will leverage deep insights into the workings of the human brain to share strategies on how to design effective and innovative solutions for customers. His talk will cover various aspects of customer-focused innovation, ranging from loyalty and engagement to behavior change.
