Professor Szu-Chi Huang, a world-renowned expert in customer motivation, will dive into the latest insights on consumer preferences and decision-making styles in a session designed to allow attendees to make more informed and effective marketing decisions day-to-day, as well as to develop more innovative and customer-centric marketing strategies long-term.

Professor Wesley Hartmann's research empirically analyzes questions in marketing and economics such as advertising, pricing, reward programs, and vertical integration. His session will focus on how marketers can meaningfully move key performance indicators to complete financial or mission-based objectives. He will begin by asking participants to discuss the challenges and opportunities that arise when using data to assess progress at different stages of the conversion funnel, and then the group will consider strategies for engaging with consumers throughout the funnel with a focus on topics such as influencers and strategic partnerships that can help shape brand perception.
